PENANG FRIED KWAY TEOW

bahan2
  • 5 tbspn oil
  • 1 rounded tbspn roughly chooped garlic
  • 200 g ( 1 cup) medium size prawns; shelled
  • 200 g ( 1 cup) 'kerang'
  • 500 g fresh flat rice noodles ** kway teow maa
  • 200 g ( 4 cups) bean sprouts
  • 150 g (3/4 cup) chinese chieves ** ku chai maa
  • 4 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
chili paste
  • dried chillies *sliced; soaked & drained
  • 1 tspn crumbled shrimp paste (belacan maa)
Sauce
  • 1 tbspn light soy sauce
  • 1 tbspn dark soy sauce
  • 1 tspn sugar
  • 1 tbspn water
cara2 msak seperti goreng mee mcm biasa ler yer.. jangan mareee ;)))
